All tickets purchased for Sheb Fest 2020 are automatically valid for the rescheduled dates in 2021, there is no need for you to do anything to join us in 2021.

All the acts announced for Sheb Fest 2020, including headliner Ella Henderson, have confirmed they'll perform for the rescheduled dates in 2021. Plus, there are more artists, including headline acts, still to be announced - watch this space!

Sheb Fest, like all other festivals, depends almost entirely on our ticket sales to survive and to put on the best show that we can. Every single person that keeps hold of their ticket for 2021 is helping us to keep going and to put on the best possible Sheb Fest in 2021.

Sheb Fest also supports a number of charities, including the North Devon Hospice. Your support helps us to continue to support these charities.

If you can keep hold of your tickets, we'd be very grateful if you do.

If you would like a refund, please fill out this form. Please be aware that it may take several weeks to process your refund. We appreciate your patience.

However rather than ask for a refund, if you are able to keep hold of your ticket, or even sell it on, that would be hugely helpful to help us keep Sheb Fest going.

Anyone aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18, therefore you will only need to show I.D at the gate if you are accompanying a minor/s (someone who is aged 16-17) and you yourself look Under 25. Under 16s are not permitted to enter.

I.D. will be required at the bars when purchasing alcoholic drinks. We operate a challenge 25 policy.

Accepted forms of I.D. are valid photo driving licence or passport only.

You are allowed to bring food and drink on to the campsite. This includes a reasonable amount of alcohol.

A reasonable amount is defined as: 1 crate (24 cans) of beer or cider OR the equivalent of 2 x 70cl bottles of wine OR 1 winebox OR the equivalent of 1 x 70cl bottle of spirits.

No food, drink and especially alcohol is allowed in to the festival site. There will be a range of food outlets, and bars serving a diverse mix of food to cater for all preferences.

Buying Tickets on the Day

If you are planning on buying tickets on the gate, we only accept cash.

Food Outlets & Bar

Whether a food outlet or bar caters for card payments is up to the individual vendor, not Sheb Farm Fest. We recommend you bring cash with you.

Cash Machines

There are no cash machines on site, so please plan ahead before setting off.

Guide/Assistance dogs are permitted, but no other animals are allowed on the festival site. Dogs are allowed on the camping site.

Crime Prevention & Personal Safety

Festivals are peaceful and safe events, but due to the large numbers of people in one place, some crime can unfortunately occur. The most common crime is theft, and this can be from about your person or from tents if you are camping with us.

You can help yourself stay safe by following the advice below. Don’t let criminals spoil your enjoyment by committing crime against you or your friends.

Lock and empty your vehicles. Leave the glove compartment open and conspicuously empty.

Only bring what you can afford to lose.

Mark your property: clearly label your gear with your postcode. Obvious indelible markings will significantly reduce the risk of things being stolen and will increase the chance of their return if found. Tag your keys with a phone number and a friend’s address.

Make sure your mobile phone is fully charged for the day.

Avoid dark areas and take advantage of the extra lighting along main areas and in the car park.

We know you want to have a drink or two, but do consider that drinking to excess can leave you vulnerable, so as friends DO look out for each other.

Report to stewards anyone you think is acting aggressively.

Drugs. Quite simply – don’t bring them. Legal Highs DO NOT mean they are safe.

We look forward to seeing you and making sure you have a safe but brilliant festival!

We're afraid that the minimum age of entry for Sheb Fest is 16. This requirement is in place in order to fulfil our licensing requirements. This is something we will looks to review with licensing authorities for future Sheb Fest's. If our policy changes we will notify on our website and on social channels.

Anyone aged 16 or 17 under must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18, therefore you will only need to show I.D at the gate if you are accompanying a minor/s (someone who is aged 18 or under) and you yourself look Under 25. Under 16s are not permitted to enter.
