If you have an Under 18 ticket, you need to enter with an accompanying adult.
All Under 12s and Under 5s need to enter with their Parent or Guardian
How do I get my tickets? Do I need to print them?
All Sheb Fest tickets sold online are e-tickets. They'll be emailed to you after you complete your purchase. All our e-tickets need to be scanned at the Box Office to gain entry. You can either print them, or show them on your phone.
What about refunds?
Sorry we no longer offer refunds.
Are tickets transferrable? Can I sell them?
All our Sheb Fest Tickets are Transferrable, and if you're unable to make it you can even sell them on. Tickets can only be scanned once, if two people try to enter with the same ticket we'll know :)
If your wristband is lost, you will need to buy another at full price.
All times and bands on the line up might be subject to change.
Tickets purchased are for entry to the festival and do not guarantee appearance of any individual artist.
What tickets do I need to camp at Sheb Fest?
Planning on camping or staying in a Caravan at Sheb Fest? You'll need either a Camping or Caravan ticket. Tickets are per person, not per tent or Caravan. There will also be no entry into the campsite unless you have a festival ticket.
What counts as a Caravan?
Caravan tickets apply for any vehicle you plan to sleep in at the festival - whether thats a Caravan, a Campervan, Van, or even your car. Each person staying in the vehicle needs a Caravan type ticket.
What can I bring to the festival?
You cannot drive into the campsite. You can park in the car park adjacent and wheelbarrows will be available to help you unload your things and carry them over to the campsite.
You cannot bring any food or drink into our festival site, this obviously includes alcohol.
We also have a no glass policy. Please decant all your drink into plastic bottles. Security will be implementing random checks across the weekend.
You can also not bring in:
Knives or sharp objects
Fireworks / Smoke Bombs or similar
Professional Filming Equipment
What can I bring into the campsite?
You are allowed to bring your own food and drink into the campsite. This includes alcohol (For Adults). Alcohol must only be for personal use. You can also bring small gas stoves for cooking.
Our judgement of personal use amount of alcohol - Up to 12 cans of lager OR 2 bottles of wine OR 1 bottle of spirit.
What can I NOT bring to the campsite?
We strictly forbid the following:
Alcohol above the personal use limit
Fireworks, Smoke bombs or pyrotechnics
Can I bring my dog?
Only Guide dogs are allowed on the festival site.
We would encourage people not to bring dogs into the campsite, but they are allowed in the campsite as a last resort, as long as they are well behaved, regularly monitored and kept on a lead.
